1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the s99 online betting and gaming platform, accessible via the official website s99.vin and related mobile applications. By registering an account, making any deposit, or using any service provided by s99, you hereby express your full agreement to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the s99 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any published Terms amendment means you accept the revised Terms.

2User Eligibility

To use S99's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. s99 takes the protection of minors seriously and enforces a strict age verification process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Personal Account: Registration must be completed under your own name and for personal use only. Registering behalf of others or for commercial purposes without s99's authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Non-s99 Staff: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of s99 staff are not permitted to create accounts or participate in any games on this platform.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one account at s99. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the following actions:

• Immediate termination of all associated accounts without prior notice
• Forfeiture of all balances including deposited funds and unclaimed winings
• Forfeiture of all bonuses and rewards received
• Permanent ban from the s99 platform

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your identification document, date of birth, active phone number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account termination without compensation.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account password. s99 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. Never share your login details with anyone, including s99 staff.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

S99 supports a range of payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated in the Withdrawal section of the platform.

• Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM30 for most payment methods. Deposits are credited to your account within minutes upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your s99 account.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallet and FPX methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• KYC Verification: Your first withdrawal requires successful identity verification. Please provide a clear copy of your MyKad or passport to speed up the process.

5Bonus and Promotion Terms

S99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each offer. The following general conditions apply to most s99 bonuses:

• Rollover Requirements: Each bonus carries a rollover requirement (betting multiplier) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. This requirement typically ranges from 3x to 20x the bonus value depending on the promotion type.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a limited validity period. Bonuses that are unused or rollover requirements that are not completed within that period will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time. You must complete the rollover requirement of your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• One Bonus Per Household: Welcome bonuses and other special promotions are limited to one claim per unique IP address, residential address, and phone number.

6Wagering Rules

All bets placed on s99 are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring all bet details are correct before confirmation. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances such as match cancellation.

• Minimum Odds: To qualify for a bonus rollover, bets must be placed at the minimum odds specified in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions.
• Simultaneous Betting: Back-betting both sides of the same event or any practice designed to guarantee risk-free profit ("arbing") is prohibited.
• Odds Verification: s99 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds ("palpable error"), regardless of whether winings have already been credited.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during a game, s99 will refer to the authoritative server logs to determine the valid outcome.

7Responsible Gaming

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount you can incur per day, week, or month.

• Self-Exclusion: Self-suspend your account for 24 hours, a week, a month, or permanently whenever you need a break.

8User Conduct

9Intellectual Property

All content on the s99 platform, including logos, brand names, graphics, user interfaces, text, and software code, is the exclusive property of s99 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from s99.

10Limitation of Liability

S99 provides its platform "as is" without any implied or express warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, s99 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, income, or data arising from the use of or inability to use the platform
• Any losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond s99's control
• Betting decisions based on statistical information or analysis provided by the platform are for reference purposes only
• Losses arising from account access by a third party due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials

11Account Termination

S99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes but is not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or instructions from relevant authorities.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting s99 customer support. Valid balances will be returned once all required verifications are completed, provided there are no pending bets or ongoing investigations.

12Terms Amendment

S99 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via registered email or in-platform notifications at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the amendment is required due to urgent circumstances such as legal compliance.

Continued use of the s99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect.
